hi
I was born in UK to Indian parents in late 60s who have always been Indian passport holders.I was educated in india, lived in India till 25 and never had indian passport. based on my UK birth certificate I obtained UK passport and left india for further education. I am now married to Australian citizen of Indian origin (who previously had indian passport). Am i eligible for OCI card or do I have to get PIO. I looked at the detailed comparison of the two and found that it mentions 'no spouse' in the coloumn for OCI cards.
Confused,
