name issue.

i got my name in the passport as first name and last name(surname).
in all my certificates i got my name as last name and first name.
and as part of my first name i got "sri" in my passport and in my certificates i got that as "sree"..
are certificates an issue for getting visa ?
please any one help me out so that i can change my name in my certificates..according to passport...
