error in H 4 visa

hey,
i hold an indian passport
my husbands name is printed wrong on my h 4 visa
would that create problems?do i need to get it corrected ,,if yes how?
does it create problems if i need to go back to my country

Is it a typo or small spelling variation?

Or is it a totally different name?
