Hi,

Need Help:

My wife and I both are Indian citizens and are living in India. But our son is born in U.S. and he has U.S.Passport (Citizen).
Could you please let us know whether he would be eligible to get OCI card.

In your website it's shows that Foreign born children of both Indian parents are not eligible.

Please let us know whether our son would be eligible for the same or not?

What ......
I thought US Born kids with Indian Origin parents can get OCI ...

Indian origin parents is different than Indian citizen parents.
