OCI processing time in SFO

SFO consulate web page says it takes 21 business days for processing OCI.

Has anybody done this recently could you please share your exact processing time. I am planning to go to India on June 13th.

If I submit my Part A online today (April 17th) and mail all documents on April 18th...will it be enough time.

Someone who has processed OCI recently...please give me your input to plan my vactation
