US born kid's passport/PIO renewal in India

My kids have US passport and PIO. We are going back to India. what is the procedure to renew their US passport and PIO card in India? What documents are needed for both kid and parents?

I renewed my US passport at the US Embassy in Delhi in 2006. I don't recall the fee for renewal, but turnaround time was only about a week and was a simple process. See the following link for details for passport renewal involving minor children:
