I would greatly appreciate if someone helps me for this.
I am Naturalized US citizen and I have OCI card.
My daughter born (7-months old) in India is US citizen. Shortly, she is coming to US with my wife.
Is it possible for me to apply my daughter OCI card before she come to US, at least online registration OR she is eligible for PIO card only.
