I am an Indian origin, born US citizen, but settled in India. My son is also a US citizen by birth but born in India. My husband is an Indian citizen. I know my son is eligible for an OCI card, but I have not yet taken an OCI as my current visa is valid for some more time. Any idea what documents of mine I would have to furnish to show that I am eligible for an OCI card, so that my son can get his right now? I am unable to find an information on the mha website regarding what to do in such a situation.
