My father-in-law, an Indian citizen, passed away several years ago. He named my wife in his living will which includes a large piece of rural land in the state of Maharashtra. Part of this land is agricultural. Can my wife, a US Citizen, get possession of the land that has been willed to her if she gets a PIO card?
