OCI: Working in India
Dear Friends,
1> I want to know, iF OCI can work in the private sector like any Indian National without any restriction
or
In other words is there any restriction on the Indian companies / MNCs (non governmental) to accept OCI guys as employees ?, Which is very difficult for MNCs to fulfill and evetually leads to rejection of OCIs ?
2. When the OCIs go for employment in India corporate sector, do they need to declare OCI status or any idea how it works ?
3. Can anybody share the experience of any reference OCI finding job and working in corporate sector in India ?
