PIO Card/Entry Visa

Hi All,
I have applied for US Passport for my new born and awaiting for the passport. Meanwhile i might need to leave to India immeidately once we receive the passport.

What is the quick option to get - PIO/OCI/Entry Visa, as i might need to leave immediately.

Also does anyone know how much time it takes for US passport applied in Connecticut state
