Police Authorities Stamp

Hi There

My daughter whos is 18months old is in India. She has a PIO card valid for 15years . She is stayed in India for more than 180 days, do we need to get stamp from Police Authorities on her passport or PIO card saying that she is still in India while coming back to USA.

Her PIO card would mention whether she is exempt from registration or not.

They generally exempt kids aged less than 14 years old.
If so, no registraton is required.
