OCI vs PIO

I noticed one thing:

Foreign Born Children of both Indian parents:
PIO: Eligible
OCI: Not Eligible

If I'm reading this correctly, I'm not eligible to apply for the OCI card because I was born in the US. Is this correct or am I mistaken?

That depends upon whether both of your parents are Indian citizens or at least one of them is foreign citizen.

Both WERE Indian Citizens but have since become US Citizens. Do I still qualify?
