PIO Card registration

My daughter was born in US and we obtained a US Passport for her. After that we returned to India and before we returned to India, we applied for the PIO card and obtained that also. But it has been abt 18 months since we came in here and I forgot to get her registered with Foreigners Registration officer.
What can I do to rectify the situation, so that my daughter doesnt get into any problem

i think kids under 16 are not required to register -- but i am not sure -- just visit the local poilce station and inquire -- they might help u out --
