hi.sir/madam

I am from melboure australia, i am thinking to apply for oci card. before i have to aply i want know some deatails, regarding i have some agriculcural land and mango plantation proprties in near bangalore india, can i keep after get oci card it possiable pleace let me know sir,and give me full deatails.
