OCI - Pension and Medical

Hi- I am a U.S citizen and my parents are Green Card holders. We plan to apply U.S citizenship followed by OCI for my parents. My father worked as a Central Govt Officer in India. He gets pension and has free medical facilities in India. Once he gets OCI will he continue receiving pension? Can he and mom continue getting medical facilities as before?

Getting OCI itself does not deny any facility.
Before they become US citizen, check whether he needs to be Indian citizen for getting them or not.
