    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I have married to an Iranian Girl recently (May 8th, 2009). In this regards I like to know the requirements for her to stay along with me. Can you please send me the information by which I can sort of my problem to stay together. If she is applying for Indian visa in Iran, our embassy is asking so many questions when she is visiting India.So I like to know what should I do regarding this so that she can be permitted to India without visa problem? Please advice me in this matter. I tried to follow in your site but bit confused so please clarify my doubt step wise.I hoe to get a favourable reply..

      She should apply for an Entry visa (also called an 'X' visa) which, as your wife, she qualifies for. Note that she cannot work with an X visa.

      You probably won't be able to get a PIO card for her until you've been married for at least one year.
