Can Srilankans get OCI?

Hi,

I am a Srilankan National of Indian Origin and I am currently working in Musact,Oman.
My father was born in India in 1934 and he went to Srilanka when he was 13 years and aquired Srilankan Nationality.
My grand father (father's father) was an Indian and never visited Srilanka.

I would like to know if I am eligible to apply for OCI. I have my father's Birth Certificate and other documents to prove that he was of Indian Origin.
