I have a few additional questions:
I am applying for myself, my wife, and my two kids. Currently, we all are US citizens. Except my youngest one, at one time we all held Indian Passport, and my youngest one has been a PIO holder for a while now. My questions are:
1) In addition to copy of PIO for my youngest one, do I have to attach
I) Copy of my wife and my Indian passport
II) Copy of his US birth certificate
2) I) Application fee: $275x3 + $25 = $850, I believe this is correct?
II) Will the cashier's check of a US bank work?
III) If yes, Should the cashier's check be in favor of someone?
IV) Mailing fee $20, or &$20******????
V) Do I need to enclose a self addressed and stamped envelope for each applicant
3) I make 1 set of application, and required documents make a copy of the whole set, Sign first and the copied set, and attach two pictures of each applicant with each set. Is this correct?
I would truly appreciate if knowledgeable could answer my questions.
Thanks
