Hi,
I am here on a L1-B visa. My visa is expired but my petition has been approved.
I have my Indian Passport and the lamination of the ID page and the address page has come off. (The first and last page)
Can you please guide me with the queries below:
1. What are the documents required to apply for a duplicate passport ( in lieu of a damaged passport)?
2. Do I need to send my I-94 as well?
3. What are the processing timelines
4. I have to send my original passport to the Indian embassy. Will they send my old passport back along with the duplicate one.
5. Is there any tatkal service available for issuing duplicate passport (in lieu damaged passport)
6. Do I need to send my approved L1-B petition?
7. Can I send my documents via UPS\Fedex?
