    OCI for Dual Citizenship Kids

    My kids are both United States and Canadian Citizens.I'm an Indian born Canadian citizen.
    In the OCI application form (Part A), there is a drop down for only one Country of nationality. Any ideas/help to fill out this form with both nationalities included. How does I apply for OCI status for my kids with their dual citizenships? I'd appreciate your response.
