OCI information - Need correction.

Hi,

I was reading the comparison of PIO and OCI at your site (/compare-oci-card-with-pio-card/). There I found in Eligibility section where it says Foreign born children of both Indian parents are not eligible for OCI. Whereas consulate site says that those are eligible. I am planning to take OCI for my son who born in US and me and my wife hold Indian citizenship.

Please correct it or let me know if I misunderstood that.

You have misunderstood it. If both parents are Indian citizen, and if the child is US citizen, the child can't get OCI, only PIO.
