My daughter is US born. We're planning to go to India in December. I am planning to apply for the PIO card in person at the Indian Consulate, New York. I just wanted to know, whether I need to take my child to the consulate for applying?
This site has given me tons of information. I apologize in advance if this question has been raised and answered before. It would be enough if someone could point me to that thread.
