Indian Passport renewal- online form giving error page when printing

I am trying to fill the online application form for passport renewal and when I click Save and Print at the bottom of the page, it is generating HTTP Error 500 with APACHE TOMCAT error description.
I have tried to use browser's back button and again clicked save & print- the same error message keeps on coming.
I even tried to fill the form again fresh, but the same.
I made sure all the fields are filled
Please help me what is going on with it.

It's probably a temporary server error. Have you tried another website? I suppose most Indian embassies or consulates would have their own links.

It is the same web site (Passport dept at Govt of India) for all the consulates. You can't apply anywhere else.
