main applicant is approved but not other members of the family

OCI Status for me (main applicant) says that "Documents are received at Washington" 19th Oct.

But for other members (3) of the family, the status says "Under Process".

Shall I send only my US passport (for U-Visa stamping) or for the entire family?

and as always I am not able to speak with anyone at 202-939-9888

In addition, I have received no notification of any additional info required for other members of my family.

Please respond..
