oci application for child

i have comleted my naturalisation process for the british citizenship and igot the certificate(but no british passport yet).my daughter already has british passport and iam planning to apply for oci.my question is, Do i able to apply OCI for my daughter now with naturalisation certificate as a proof of citizenship or do i need to get the british passport before i apply oci for my daughter?

Passport is required for each application before applying for OCI.
