Passport renewal processing time

I subimmted my passport in person on OCt 9, 2009 and today is Oct 20, 2009 and I still have not received my passport by mail, how long did it take for you people?

1) Which Embassy or Consulate did you apply to? They tend to have different processing times.

2) Depending on the answer to 1), has the stated time at your consulate been exceeded?
