Hi There,
I read a few articles about filling the PIO card from IMMIhelp website and other answers to the forum questions
They are very helpful.
A bit of background me & my wife are Indian citizens and we are here on a H-1 Visa. My son is a US citizen.
I am a bit confused with some of the columns while filling the form.
1. I have filled Row-13, do I need to fill in Row-14 information also?
2. Do I need to keep left thumb impression of my kid in the 2-boxes on page-2 and below the photograph?
3. Whether both Father & Mother have to sign in at (signature of the applicant)?
Please let me know the answers for these questions.
