How many Checks to send??

Gurus,
i have 3 of my applications (myself, two of my kids) with Indian consulate Houston for the OCI cards, our papers are arrived to Houston on the 29th, my question is how many cashier checks do i need to send one for all or for each ($20) please help.

How many pics need to be kept total for Houston consulate - OCI?
6? - one for each copy of the appln and then extra 4?

or 4? - one for each copy of the appln and then extra 2
