Both my parents are born in india and now living in the UK.

My father has an Indian passport
Mother British

Can i apply for OCI for myself (British born) and my children (british born)

Do my parents need OCI as a prerequisite?

Your mother is British. Is she originally from India? Was she Indian citizen at any time?

I am a British citizen and born in England.
My mother was born in India and a Citizen most of her life and got a British passport about 25 years ago. My father was born in india and has an indian passport and both of his parents reside in India.
My 2 children are born in england and so was their father.
