PIO Card

Hi,

I was a citizen of India until Oct when I became a US citizen. I will be getting married in the next 2 months and will be changing my last name to my husband's surname. When I apply for the PIO card, I will be having an Indian passport with my maiden name. What all documents do I hv to submit to get a PIO card in my new married name? like the marriage certificate etc?

Would appreciate if you could let me know.

Yes, marriage certificate. You can also submit the US passport copy and naturalization certificate copy if it has new name.
