Hi,
I need help for applying passport in INDIA for my kid. My wife and kid are staying in INDIA and my wife has passport. I am here in US, and looking forwared for applying passport for my kid. From search i came to know that i have to send affidavit to INDIA for the same. Could anyone guide me what is the process and how will i apply for the same. I have to apply it in Washington DC.
Someone has explained me below process.
1) apply online application to get date and time
2) Fill Misc form
3) Fill Sworn Affidavit
4) Go on that date to Embassy office
Still need some clarification.
1) Do i need to go personally for the same or is it online only?
2) Highly appriciated if anyone can explain in details.
