need help with online application

I am using the online form at cgisf (San francisco)

I wish to apply by mail since i do not live in SF

After filling out the online application I click on Save

I get a pop up window informing me of the appt date.

Thats it. The screen is blank.

Accdg to the guidelines after clicking save and accepting the appt date I have more pages to fill.

I am totally clueless. Tried calling consulate several times. No response.

Could somebody please help. many many thanks

Have you tried using a different browser? Another option would be to look for pop-up blockers etc on whatever browser you're using.

Well finally figured it out last nite.
The system does not work on firefox
had to use IE
