OCI/Minor

I am applying OCI card for my daughter. I am Indian and my wife is Chinese. I have the forms ready (Both A and B) and got thumb impression (right) in the signature box. Since, she is going to be the first and only applicant, who should sign in the form B, where it says **Application for Minors. Should I just place her thumb impression, where it asks Signature of the first application or do I(father) need to sign (but I am not the applicant) or should I do both (her thumb impression and my signature). Please advise!
