My family is in India, Kolkata. I was planning to submit part A from here and then send the part B by courier with all the documentation for them to submit in Kolkata. I have the following 2 questions:
1. Can I submit part A on their behalf choosing India FRRO - Kolkata as place of submission?
2. If it is ok to do that then what will be their present address in the part A, their current address in Kolkata or their permanant address in the US?
