I have a few questions with regards to the PIO card:
- I am a Goan that was born in Kenya. Both my parents are Goan and were also born in Kenya. All my grandparents were born in Goa, before 1961. Can I qualify for the PIO card?
- What documents would you need to prove that my grandparents were born in Goa….I don’t even know if we have their birth certificates as you can imagine it was a long time ago. Would one grandparent papers be enough? Or would you need more documents?
- I currently have a US passport. I would like to go back to Goa as my father is back there and is getting old and sickly. I want to go back to take care of him. If I were to find a part-time job over there, could I work with the PIO card.
