Dear Sir, Madam,
Since November 3rd I am in the posession of an EV submitted by your Embassy in The Hague Netherlands. It is valid until 3rd November 2010.
I arrived in India, Mumbai on Monday 9th November last and understand I have to register within 2 weeks of my arrival at the FRRO.
My humble question is do I need to make an appointment with your office in Mumbai, i.e. is it necessary register in person or can I send you the application form and all other needed information and 4 photographs by mail?
