ECNR Stamp

Dear Sir / Madam

I presently working with Volvo India Pvt. Ltd. as Associate Finance – Northern Region. I have a valid passport since July 2006. But it was stamped as Emigration Check Required.My highest qualification is MBA (finance). Now suddenly I got some assignment for my Company for which I need to travel abroad.

So I just wanted to know how much time it will take to cancelled that ECR stamped & provide me the ECNR Status, after filling the Application with Form ( EAP-2 ) with the required documents.

Kindly advise me to get it done at the earliest.

You don't need ECNR for most of the countries. Read /ecnr-emmigration-check-not-required-stamp-in-indian-passport/
