My passport is expiring on 11 FEB 2010. I am on L1 Visa but the Visa got expired on 4 APR 2009. I am right now my I-94 extension. I am yet to receive my I-94 extension card, as the original extension card got missed in transit. Now the query is, for my Indian passport renewal, will I have to wait for I-94 ?
As I do not have much time left before the expiry of my passport. I already took appointment with Consulate General of India, NY on 31 DEC 2009. Pls advise ASAP
