I wish to know if my husband who is kenyan by birthright can apply for a PIO or OCI on the basis that his father was born in india. The document we have is kenyan passport of his father (british protectorate territory at that time)
The ccolumn place of birth says vachu,india. Other than that we do not have any other document of his father.
Myself , I am of Indian origin and have a PIO . Can my husband be eligible for the PIO or OCI on my stautus .
