I live in Australia. I need help with a query. My husband became an Australian citizen in 2008,before which he had Indian passport.I still have an Indian passport .My son was born in India (I went to India for delivery)and we applied for Australian citizenship by descendant(means one of the parent is Australian, child can become a citizen).Now my son has Australian passport.Can he apply for OCI card ?
