OCI vs PIO

Hello. I have a few questions about the OCI vs PIO card.

I am a US citizen. I was born in India and came to US in 1971 and got a
green card. I became a naturalized US citizen in 1994 and have a valid US
passport. I have two kids both born in US and both holding US passports. My
wife was born in India and still holds an Indian passport with US green
card.

1. Am I eligible for OCI card?
2. Are my kids eligible for OCI card?
3. other than cost, is there any other advantage to getting OCI card for
myself? is there any disadvantage? i DO NOT want to lose my US citizenship.

You will NOT lose US citizenship as OCI is not same as Dual citizenship or
Indian citizenship.
