My daughter is in India and she is holding US passport she had PIO card with her and she left US on 16th Nov 2009. She is 1 Yeare and 7 month old her birth date is 21 July 2008. She will be coming back to United State some time in May 2010 and will be exceeding her stay more that 180 day in India. Do we have to approach the concerns to FRO/FRRO for registration?
I understand that “Children below 16 years of age do not require Registration, on any type of VISA.” Is this true?
