Eligibility for OCI

Can you please tell me under the following conditions, if I am eligible for the OCI card?

- My parents were both born in India, moved to the US and became US citizens, and now are OCI card holders
- I was born in the United States and am now living in the UK under a Tier 1 Visa

I must go to India for a wedding on April 4th and would like to make sure that if I am eligible for the OCI card, I receive it before I leave for India.
