India Passport Renewal @ DC- Status check

Hi- I submitted my/my family passports for renewal almost 4 weeks back. CKGS website says its under processing at the Washington, DC embassy. In normal scenario the step takes 3 weeks and I am worried as I have my India trip planned 3 weeks from now.

Is there a way I can directly check the status of my application on the government website?
