Indian Passport application - Houston

I am filling up the online application form for fresh passport (as my current passport is expiring) and have a few questions/clarifications that you guys can clear.

Here are the questions from the online application of Houston mission/post

10. Educational qualification (In order to determine emigration status)
-- My answer is MS here at US University

12. How long has applicant continuously resided abroad?
-- It is number of days from my last visit to India to till date

13. Present Emigration Status (ECR or ECNR) ECR ECNR (With documentary evidence)
-- ECNR with MS degree certificate (not sure if needed)

14. Profession and business address Telephone
-- I am a H1 IT. Should I specify my title as in the labor here?

24. Is applicant registered with Indian Mission/Post? If not, is he a member of any Indian Organisation?
-- No idea but got to know I should write USA- Houston

14. You can IT Professional, Software Engineer or anything similar. Exact title as per labor certification is not required.

15. If you are registered with them, you wold know. Otherwise, answer No to this question.
