Hello,
I want to apply for PIO card for my son. Me and my wife were born in India, and two years back bot me and wife became US citizens. My wife has visa for India and I don't have Indian visa currently (I am planning on applying for visa or OCI card in future). I would appreciate if you could answer the following questions:
1) Can we apply for the PIO card for my son?
2) Do we need to mail copies of my and wife's US & Indian passports?
