Infant passport - mothers maiden name
Hi All , I have this issue here !! I guess some of you may have been
throught his already. Hope you can give valuable suggestions to solve this problem.
Im away from India at this point of time.
I need to apply for my Childs Passport.
My Wifes passport still has her maiden name even though we have changed it in the gazette. Will this hamper getting my childs passport if we go in for his passport without getting her name changed?
Also, My wifes passport is from Bangaluru and now shes in Mumbai.
What can be the options if a new passport with her name change is to be avoided?
Can We Endorse My name on to her passport and then apply my Childs passport? (Do i have to endorse her name on my passport at the nearest embassy to me?) Will this be good enough?
Or Is there any other options to save time here.
