OCI and US Government jobs with / without Security clearance

Hi,

I've reviewed the posts regarding PIO or OCI card.
I did not see any note or posting that clarifies the following (maybe I missed) :
1. In future if I get a US government job that does not require security clearance, does OCI or PIO card create any issues.
2. What happens if the job requires a security clearance as well, will that be an issue?
In this regard is there a difference between PIO or OCI ?

No issues either way.

OCI is not dual citizenship. It is just like green card.
PIO is mostly like 15 years visa.
