    OCI Card Minor - Submitting in India when father is out of country

    Hello All,
    My son is a US citizen and is 10 months old now. Me and my son are in India and applying for OCI in India. My husband is out of country, can I alone apply for OCI for my kid? What documents do I need from my husband to proceed with this?
